Event Information — Registration records, attendance data, session participation, abstract submissions, presentation materials, and comments.
Communication Information — Chat messages, networking requests, and support communications.
Device Information — Device type, browser, IP address, operating system, and usage logs.
Sponsor Interaction Data — Sponsor profile views, advertisement interactions, and link clicks.
Event organizers control and own event-specific data. TekHaul processes such information on behalf of organizers, who determine what information is collected, how it is used, retention requirements, and export requests.
We may share information with event organizers, authorized administrators, speakers where necessary, sponsors when users voluntarily engage, and service providers supporting platform operations. We may also share with legal authorities where required by law.
During an active event, data is retained for operational purposes. After event completion, event data may be exported and delivered to the Organizer, then remains temporarily available for support, audit, and dispute resolution before being deleted from active systems.
Following data return and deletion notification, organizers may request verification or audit reports. Such requests must be made within 30 days. After this period, remaining records may be permanently deleted.
To maintain a safe environment, TekHaul may review reports of misconduct, investigate abuse complaints, remove inappropriate content, and restrict accounts violating platform rules. Moderation actions may involve reviewing communications and posted content.
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards including access controls, encryption where appropriate, secure hosting environments, monitoring and logging, and backup systems. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Information may be processed in countries where our hosting or service providers operate. Appropriate safeguards will be implemented where required.
Subject to applicable law, users may request access to personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion of information, restriction of processing, and data portability where applicable. Requests may be directed through the event organizer or TekHaul.
The Platform may use essential cookies, authentication cookies, performance analytics, and usage monitoring technologies to help improve service performance and user experience.
The Platform is not intended for children under 13 years of age unless participation is authorized by a parent, guardian, school, or event organizer.
